What products can be returned or refunded?
Tamidiscountbridals is committed to providing high-quality products for your needs. If for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectations, you need to email our customer service department about the problem within 2days since the parcel received. And within 15days to receive the returned parcel to us, since our customer staff confirm you with the return. We allow ALL BUT THE FOLLOWING products to be exchanged/returnable/refundable:

1. Custommade clothings.
2. discounted and bargain selection items
3. items has been worn
4. items received over 2days and no email to us
5. items damaged by improper cleaning method or wearing
6. For wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, flower girls dresses, and related wedding items all sales are final. This final sale policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel.

We usually advice customer to before sending items back to us, as there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us. Who pays for shipping exchange or return items back to Tamidiscountbridals.com?
In a normal event, the customer will be responsible for shipping their items back to us, whereas we shall be responsible for re-shipping exchange items back to you. Thus, we suggest you make careful selections for clothing before you finalize your order. Please refer to the appropriate size chart information when ordering clothes. Our size charts follow US standards.


How do I exchange items?
The best way to arrange for an exchange is who will give you correct instructions pertaining to your particular order. Every exchange scenario can be different and there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.


What if my package is damaged or has a manufacturing defect?
All solid products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to their destination. In the rare event that you encounter goods damage, you may contact our staff our staff for assistance.


Can I get a refund?
You will be eligible for a refund claim within 45 days from the date you placed your order. For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of the value of your returned goods minus 6% banking fee and 20% re-stocking fee, since we receive the returned goods(The returned goods should be in new condition). Shipping fee is not able to be refunded. This applies ONLY for items purchased at normal retail price. Discounted items or items purchased as part of a special promotion are NOT eligible for cash refunds, although we may be able to offer you store credits equivalent to the amount of the purchase price of your returned goods. These store credits can be redeemed as cash equivalents on your next purchase. For the best arrangement, please contact our staff to service your return request.


Why do I have to pay a 20% re-stocking fee for refunds?
This is a store policy set by management. We need to charge a nominal fee in order to offset the cost of order processing.
